Friends Fiduciary Supports Safe and Harrassment-Free Workplaces

Friends Fiduciary has signed on to an investor statement, led by the World Benchmarking Alliance, calling on companies and governments to urgently take action to address violence and harassment in global supply chains. The International Labor Organization Convention on Violence and Harassment recognizes the right of everyone to a workplace free from violence and harassment. This not only represents a human rights risk to companies, but also presents significant costs for companies as violence and harassment at work impacts productivity, turnover, absenteeism and morale.
